I am a French-trained chef who believes gastronomy is an art of emotion — where precision, heritage and creativity meet on the plate. My career began in 2 & 3 Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris and evolved through some of the world’s most prestigious destinations, including Forbes 5-Star & Best Hotel in the World 2019 Ashford Castle in Cong, and Leading Hotels of the World estates.
