My career began in 2 & 3 Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris and evolved through some of the world’s most prestigious destinations, including Forbes 5-Star & Best Hotel in the World 2019 Ashford Castle in Cong, and Leading Hotels of the World estates.
Across my journey, I have led award-winning culinary teams, crafted iconic dining concepts, and built a reputation for excellence rooted in respect for ingredients and uncompromising standards. My cuisine blends refined French technique with global inspiration, celebrating Iris products, seasonality, purity of flavour and craftsmanship at every level.
Today, I bring the elegance of fine dining into private settings, creating bespoke culinary experiences that are intimate, immersive and unforgettable.
